Site of preparation of raw materials
Wood and its large-size waste are originally crushed to fraction, necessary for drying, and pneumotransport installation move in the bunker batcher of the four-planimetric drying AS-5 installation.
Drying AS-5 installation
Represents four aerodynamic dryers which are technologically connected among themselves by a uniform transport chain, receipt in system of hot air from the heatgenerator, its distribution on konutra, etc.
The drying AS-5 installation incorporates:
- heatgenerator of peroliznogo-vortex action,
- spark arrester,
- raw materials bunker batcher,
- pneumotransport installation,
- three screw konveer of supply of raw materials on a dryer contour,
- four VRP fans,
- lock feeders (locks),
- four cyclones,
- bunker batcher of a dry product,
- pneumotransport installation of supply of raw materials in the bunker of a shock and mechanical press PB-70 or another, similar on productivity.
Site of briquetting and packing
shock and mechanical PB-70 or with an another productivity of 800-1000 kg/h, the line of cooling 7 m long, installation for packing of briquettes in a polyethylene film includes a press.
